Ari Perez-Davila is a Chicago-based mexican-american artist with a research centric practice who explores archives at a personal and institutional level, seeking to activate these collections and give them another chance at life. Perez works across sculpture, installations and performance to reimagine ideas of abjection, imperceptibility, belonging and kinship through a rascuache futurist modality.
